Last.fm on the iPhone

Glad to have been a part of this in some way (I handle all the API's). Now all we need is for Apple to approve the app for their store.

Update: It's been approved now so you can download it for free from the store. Toby has the full scoop.

Ok, seriously: OMG!

Where do I need to sign to get that?

Polished! I particularly like the proportional background shading for tags.

It's a pity there's no decent data plan out of the iPhone plans on offer here in Australia -- I fear that I'd burn through the paltry 250Mb monthly limit in pretty short order!

Don't know if you tried the previous - non-official version - of MobileScrobbler, but in comparison to this, the old one was absolutely stunning, it had all of it: beginning with scrobbling (genius) to a multi-touch interface. Not even mentioning the cheesy looking UI.

MobileScrobbler was developed by Sam, who built this latest one for us too. If you see anything in the old one that you don't in the new one, it's because of the limitations of the official iPhone SDK (the old MobileScrobbler worked on jailbroken iphones and wasn't subject to the SDK limitations).
