Hello. I'm a programmer. I believe that new architectural models for living (informational, social, cultural) combined with good functional design can change society. I'm particularly interested in hyperrational approaches to design. As well as building commercial software, I use programming to express aesthetic ideas in sound and image.

I studied computing at Imperial College, London. My dissertation was on Social Software - you can read it here. I have a semi-updated list of projects i've been involved in.

Right now I work as a web application developer at last.fm - a social music platform based in the UK. I develop for the web because it allows small groups of pragmatic people to interact with other small groups in order to accelerate software innovation.

I was brought up in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Right now I live in Hackney, London. I like it here.
